Our nurses are represented by the Ontario Nurses Association at the Victoria Hospital and the University Hospital. The salaries of nurses in the LHSC are in accordance with the collective agreement of the Ontario Nurses Association and are consistent with experience. The pay scale for registered nursing positions is as follows: Salary placement is based on one step for each year of the most recent clinical experience, up to the maximum of the scale.
